I generally have an okay experience at Quest for bloodwork, but this time, all the appointments were filled. I made a midday appointment for today and again next Sat because that was all there was available. Drove there and found the office closed. Called and found they only have hours M-F. Frustrating and waste of time to say nothing of being at risk without bloodwork. grrrrr

While some aspects of their automation is helpful, the lack of customer service & lack of communication is glaring. Locations have nobody at the front desk to assist with a simple drop off of specimen or answer questions. The physical location is itself automated & dehumanizing. Staff carries on like robots, unwilling to help or answer any questions. “Sign in and wait” is what they tell you in a very programmed manner. I waited 30 minutes to get my labs despite having a specific appointment. Then had to wait another 45 minutes to simply drop off a stool sample.

Extremely long wait in spite of having an appointment, even to drop off an envelop. Extremely rude staff starting from the woman who in charge of letting you in.

Worst company ever. First they lose the results and try to say appointment was never kept, but when they were presented with proof of payment, they made another 'make-up' appointment and tried charging twice. Results were lost send time and again being told appointment never occured even though I had written proof from them given to me at time of appointment. Avoid this company at all cost - not worth the time, money or effort dealing with them only to have to redo for third time at different facility

No recomiendo este laboratorio por el poco profesionalismo ,del personal ,el día que fui había una flebotomista morena gruesa que se ve que le apesta la vida ,peliaba hasta con la puerta por que se cerraba ,no dio los buenos días y miraba a uno como si ella estuviera pagando por nosotros ,la típica empleada que tumban negocios ,y adentro había otra flebotomista morena delgada con mal aspecto ,que no escucha lo que se le dice y ni siquiera busco el referido de mi esposa del doctor Espinoza no estaba en sistema que volviera otro día y fui al laboratorio de Brandon HealthPlex y me atendieron inmediato con mucha cortesía y profesionalismo encontraron la orden en la computadora rápido ,por eso no volveré a Quest y a todos mis compañeros se lo haré saber ,,P.D si quieren mantener el negocio deben de darle un adiestramiento al personal ,por que nada es gratis ,y de esa manera van a la quiebra att julio torres

If you're self pay, quest is well over priced. There's plenty of labs that are half the price or better.

I'm so disappointed on the Dobbs Ferry Rd, White Plains site. She had no one in the waiting room and she was so unaccommodating. Horrible experience. Will look for another lab company.

There’s no option to talk to someone on the phone. Completely ridiculous. How am I supposed to make an appointment for multiple tests? I don’t even know what I need to do before the glucose test, I don’t know if my doctor was supposed to explain but I assumed when making an appointment they would tell me. And the automated system is horrible
