Quest customer service is the worst, in order to talk to a representative you have to go through a lot just to get a very unfriendly person in the other line, she raise her voice a couple times and when I told her to calm down she told me " I'm tired of people not understanding " just thanked for her time and hang up

I called the quest diagnostics to check if they received my order this time. The first representative was super nice and called and checked for me if my lab order was received or not, However, the second representative, Claudia, hung up on me on the line. She was very rude. She did not let me talk to someone else. This is the basic thing a lab should help for the patients instead of arguing and yelling at the patients. That is not acceptable at all.

No customer service, doctors can call Quest but patients can't. I can't read my test results and sent messages through their portal but no answer. Their " chat" is a JOKE. It is AI, not a real person and is nothing more than a fancy FAQ that can do nothing to solve problems. I can't believe these people are in business.

Terrible - not following safe distancing in the lobby of the Austell Ga location and rude on top of it - I left and won't use again.

I made an appointment yesterday to visit Quest Diagnostics on Tuesday the 9th, which I did and when I enter the office the people their were friendly as well as the staff I put in my code and was greeted right away by Stephanie which I would like to say Kudos too very friendly and professional my experience was 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

MyQuest is the most user unfriendly site there is, when it comes to healthcare. There is no customer support other than through a message submission (not a chat) and reps at Quest do not support the site. Users have to wait endlessly to get a response from support, to which you cannot respond and ask follow up questions if it still doesn't work. After 3 months of trying, I am still unable to view my results, pay bills or do anything with this site. What a waste of money, you should take the site down and reassign this wastful spending to your employees who are best suited to support your customers. Very poor and frustrating experience.

Had bloodwork done today at Glassboro. Liz was terrific, only employee that showed up due to snow storm. She has a terrific work ethic and very dedicated person. Be glad you have her at Quest. David Detweiler

I had a good visit and asked them to do a yeast infection test. So now I owe 750.00 for a yeast infection test because apparently my insurance doesn't cover it...hahahha
