Very bad customer care service post the lab tests. I am waiting for my son's lab results for almost 2 weeks now. They have not shared the results with the doctor yet. When I call there office they call do not get transfered. There online chat bots are equally useless. Never ever going for any blood work there

Don't come here if you have less than 2 hours. Checked the wait 5 min before arriving on their website which stated 25 min wait. 1 hour & 40 min later still waiting. Their board that shows you in the queue shows I am 4 minutes to being next, except it has been that way for 21 min so far. So having electronic tools to lie only makes me hate your overpriced, useless system more. Such such a betrayal of health services. How can I trust the integrity of the results?

Nobody wanting and they still don't take you on time.

OK to all of you who are upset about customer service let me explain. I worked for them 19-20 They do not allow their reps to explain tests. We could not tell someone to fast or not fast. We had to tell them to go to the location and ask someone there. They had shady practices with employees my advice is go somewhere else if you can.

This review is for Quest on Tamiami in the Venice Walmart. I went for a Cytology and full panel blood test for a follow up cancer screening. They said that the bloodwork was not on the lab slip though the panel box was checked. So after checking with them twice they only took the urine sample... which they lost and after research with customer service said they never received it. I had to get another lab sheet and return for the blood work. After finding out that they lost the urine sample then I had to get a third lab sheet for the Cytology test. Now they just posted a routine urine culture result so hopefully they will also do the cytology test. We shall see... my advice is to stay away from that place... gross incompetence. Update on May 30th, well they have no record of a Cytology test after calling customer service. They have exceeded the height of incompetence. I’m done with them, Labcorp from now on. So now need to get a fourth lab sheet from my physician... what fun. Meanwhile, if it is positive for cancer, an unnecessary month and a half has gone by. Don’t waste your time with Quest.

The staff at the Quest Diagnostics were very nice and overall did a good job. I had a first appointment of the day and was surprised to see so many people waiting in line outside the door before they opened. Thankfully they prioritized anyone who had an appointment so my wait time was minimal. What completely shocked me though was the condition of the lab itself. Think prison facilities or 3rd world country, no kidding. Quest is clearly an ultra low budget test house with a focus on drug testing. They are a never again for us, will pay out of pocket and get blood drawn at doctor’s office from now on. Quest should be incredibly embarrassed by the crumbling state of their facilities. I feel so bad for the employees who work there - so depressing.

I haven't even been there yet but just trying to talk to someone is a nightmare. Sadly, most places are using automated phone services but I have to tell you .. I am going to use another service. People don't want to perform tricks to talk to someone.

The lab results are way past the date they promised on their site (5 business days). I have tried to contact them on their site, each day via chat via email and I get the same result . Your information will be available in 5 business days. Meanwhile Qwest has already giving me a bill that I don't even have the results. The technician was great but that is it
