Checked in at 10:25 AM on 9/5/2026 at 7075 N. Maple Ave. Suite 104 in Fresno, 93720 to drop off an urgently needed test sample. Talked to the tech at the door and she said that we had to wait. So wait we did tor an hour and a half just to drop it off. All she had to do was take it and scan it. Was next on the list at 11:59 and they refused to take it at noon no matter how much I pleaded. Now the sample is ruined and we have no test results for a senior citizen with possible dangerous bowel infection! Quest is the worst Customer Care and service! Hey danger to patient Health! Avoid them at all costs! never again! I don’t know how you hire people with so little compassion and allow that kind of behavior in your testing centers if you claim to care about patients. Very disappointed and angry.

Elmer is always so friendly to everyone. I have been there twice and both times Elmer has helped people login on the kiosk and answered questions in a kind manner. During my draw, he is consistently very friendly and professional.

The person drawing my blood was wonderful but the actual company is awful. I can never get anyone on the phone and my lab work orders got lost. I wanted to try them because they have an earlier time than LabCorp that you can come in. I don't want to go back. Quest only had one person working today and no front desk people. I don't know how they stay in business.

The young lady that drew my blood was not friendly at all. Acted like she would prefer to be anywhere else. Now I have a huge, swollen bruise and is very sore. It was at the Toepperwein Rd, Live Oak, TX location.

The WORST. You can’t get a human being on the phone! You call for information and it’s just endless automation & when they say you’ll get human assistance, the line just hangs up. Made an appointment, but GPS had us going in circles. We couldn’t get assistance to locate their building, which was tucked away and barely visible from the street. This made us a little over 10 min late, which could’ve been avoided had someone answered to tell us where they were. I guess having an actual human answer the phone is too much to ask, but forcing us to wait an hour or reschedule for their non-assistance is par for the course these days.

I had my blood drawn for one lab test my doctor wanted me to get. I went to the Pasadena, Texas location 8/29/26. I’m an easy blood draw for all other phlebotomists. I’m not on blood thinners and I stay still. No butterfly needle is required, just normal size needle. The lady that drew my blood was not very skilled. It hurt immediately when she put the needle in my vein. She had to move the needle around which increased the pain. I’m pumping my fist. She’s saying the blood is coming too slow. I’m thinking “is she really in the vein?” She gets one tube and decides to get another. It was hurting a lot and I told her to pull it out. Now six days later I have a very ugly purple and light green bruise. I sure wish I could post a picture!! Won’t be going to this location ever again!!!

Those people are so unorganized. I did not have an appointment. I was a walk-in customer. When I arrived, there were three other people in front of me. They called all three of those people and about six others that came in after that, three of which did not have an appointment that were also walk-ins. I sat for almost 2 hours waiting and no one ever called me. There’s no kind of order over there. Just a horrible place.

Quest Diagnostics Coral Springs is ALWAYS a Great Experience. From the easy online booking of appointments with many available days and times, to the immaculate waiting area and draw station, to the consistently AMAZING Phlebotomists, I am always sure of what my experience will be like. The phlebotomists are super respectful, friendly, professional as well as personable. And if those aren't enough good points, let me say that they are EXPERT at what they do. ALWAYS a Smooth and Pleasant all around experience! 10/10 Highly Recommend
