They consistently change their hours but don't change what they are on the website, so you will schedule your appointment a week in advance, take off a bit of time at work to get ready, then the day of, they will call you and tell you they are closing early and you have to reschedule. I've been trying to get in for 2 weeks and it kept getting cancelled. This time they tell me they are closing at 3 every day for a while, and I keep scheduling after 3. THEN WHY ALLOW ME TO SCHEDULE AT 3:20 IF YOU CLOSE AT 3?????

The booking process was seemless I checkecked myself in, and the wait time was short. Shaniah in the Little Rock office was very knowledgeable and quick with getting my labs. I will definitely be using them again. One stick, and she was done.

Convenient, clean and efficient Lab office. I use the North Naples location across from NCH. Scheduling is easy to use, check in fast and your appointment time is always honored. Highly recommend Rachel for her gentle touch in taking blood.

Absolutely the worst customer service . On hold for 40 minutes , was transferred and still on hold . Absolutely disgusting.

Their system for taking walk in patients does not work. They take all the scheduled patients first, even those who arrive early, before seeing any walk ins. I waited for 2 hours and even when the waiting room was empty, they still did not take me. I will never go to Quest again!

My visit was a nightmare, starting with Jennifer, who told me my insurance was terminated and asked to go outside as she needed to see the next person. I felt humiliated and embarrased. It continued deteriorating when I contacted my insurance and was told that my insurance was completely valid. That was not good enough for Millie, who forced to repeat the events after waiting another twenty minutes. She was rude and disrespectful from the moment I was asked to come back with her until she told me I was projecting my frustration and there were sick people there, assuming I could not possibly be sick. She kept telling me if I didn’t accept this treatment I should leave. I asked her to do her job and draw my labs. She told me her job was to treat patients—I refused to back down and had to tell her repeatedly I am a patient and should be treated with attention and respect. I asked her name and she told me to take care of myself 3 times as she dismissed me like I was not entitled to her name. I finally saw it on the card. As a patient, this was the worst lab experience of my life. Although the group lead called me to apologize, I will never visit this or any other quest location unless I have no choice.

Went to quest in Tom Thumb in Mesquite, TX. They were still officially open but told us they were closed. When we went back during their business hours to ask how and when we could schedule an appointment they were very rude, unhelpful and dismissive. This was around 4:40 pm on 9/9/2026.
