I got there and I was so afraid because I hated needles but the lady that took care of me was so nice and pleasant. Her name is BARBARA from Cuba , she walk me through the hold process and got me on a very comfortable stage and honestly I didn't feel the needles at all. She was si nice.

I have been waiting since 08/11/26 for lab results and upon calling today, 08/27/26, 2 weeks later, I was told by Lynn it may take another couple of weeks for results due to high volume. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is delaying treatment and all I got from Quest customer service was "I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do about it". Horrible customer service!

I had such a wonderful experience with Jayce! She was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming from the moment I met her. She made me feel completely comfortable and at ease while drawing my blood, which makes such a difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she takes care of. My first time using Quest at physicians order . No one in waiting room - after using Kiosk was informed no appointments or walk-ins that day It was 2 pm and 5 pm was closing time. I could hear employees talking but could not see them! I was told by a hospital employee to use a different Quest location. They had many complaints and stiil wondered why they were using Quest. I had been to Labcorp many times without a single problem. When I went to the other location there were 2 patients with the same problem! Quest is no doubt the absolute worst---period!

Pathetic experience. I entered all the required information for my "appointment" at Quest in Osterville MA. When I entered the tiny waiting room, I had to repeat all the data entry including my driver's license and insurance card to "confirm" the appointment. I then had the pleasurable experience of waiting in a closet sized waiting area. While enjoying this experience with individuals who were obviously ill, I was able to hear all the medical issues of other patients as the check in person had the window and door wide open for other patients. Completely against any ethical boundaries. One gentleman closed the door and everyone was still perfectly able to hear all his medical issues and insurance issues.

I recently had blood work drawn at the Quest in Agoura, California. My experience was a 5 star review and Marsita is the reason! Not only is Marsita a pro at her job, she also made me feel at ease and comfortable. Quest is very lucky to have her as part of their team!!!

I had a very good experience at Quest. My phlebotomist was Dasha and she was amazing. The first girl could not find my vein. Dasha tried and in seconds was doing the blood draw. Dasha was quick, patient, and professional. I hope I get her the next time I come.
