Doing business with quality quest bikes has honestly been one of the best purchasing experiences that I have had. Placed an order and shortly after found that the area I live in does not permit the unit that I wanted I contacted quality told him of my dilemma and they agreed to hold the order until I could clarify the issue here. At the end of the day I had to cancel.I received my money within a matter of hours. At no time was I pushed pressured ,or hassled.real pleasure guys thank you.

The owners manual is very poor It doesn’t even let you know that the batteries have an on/off switch. There are not hardly any instructions on his to operate Etrike. The u tube video to watch is not even mentioned. You can do must better. Thanks, Bill Darby

I was really pleased the way it was built I have drove it 20 miles and have not had any problems it is a very nice machine

They kept me up to what was going on and did everything they could to correct things that were packaged wrong. They sent a European style plug instead of a USA style plug.

Great customer service, timely responses and going out of their way to make sure all my needs were met. I'll do business with them again if I get the opportunity.
