Misleading
First, I had purchased a new seat but they sent me a used one. I sent all type of pictures, but they was not willing to work with me in spite of what I sent them. It took a lot longer than when I thought it would take. My overall view is not that good I would not prefer the person to this company nor what I ever go back.

Hi Robert, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Throughout our correspondence, we made every effort to investigate your concerns, including reviewing the photos you provided and consulting with the manufacturer regarding the condition of the seat. We would like to clarify that the seat you received was not used. All of our merchandise is supplied new by the manufacturer. Based on our review, we found no evidence that the seat had been previously owned or installed. Although we were unable to agree on the cause of the two minor cosmetic marks caused as a result of mishandling during shipping that concerned you, we still offered a complimentary paint marker kit along with additional accessories valued at approximately $90 in an effort to provide a reasonable resolution. We appreciate your business and regret that we were unable to reach an outcome that fully satisfied you. We wish you many enjoyable rides ahead and thank you again for your feedback.
