Dear Pernoral, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our records show that we reached out to you on October 8 with detailed troubleshooting instructions for your battery charger after you spoke with a member of our team. In that message, we also requested your battery specifications and a short video showing the issue so we could escalate the matter to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we haven’t received a response or any of the requested information since then, which has prevented us from moving forward with a claim on your behalf. We truly value your feedback but feel this review doesn’t reflect our efforts to assist you. We’d still appreciate the opportunity to assist you— please reply to our previous emails or contact us directly at [email protected].
