I love this product. It is well made . Everythings fits perfectly and it was quite easy to install . A lot come with the package, straps , lights and all the wiring. After my online purchase , a guy from Quality Quest called me to confirm my information, he was very friendly and was willing to give me moré information about the product. Well, I definetly recommend this product and QQB

Real good contact during and after purchase

The whole where pin goes when folded up pin won’t go in. Also doesn’t fit my meet one tour! Should make an adapter wheel chock so front wheel would fit in for tie down.

Hello Scott - Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the trike rack you purchased did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide clear and transparent information about our products. Unfortunately the trike rack you purchased is incompatible with your trike and we are sorry that you missed the disclaimer that is available in the product information section. Our product page also provides a detailed diagram of the rack (available for download too) so that customers can compare the dimensions against their trikes to ensure compatibility. If you have any further questions, additional clarification, or would like to explore alternative options that may better suit your trike, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
I found the website misleading and hope it will be updated. It said that it was 80% put together and it wasn't. The assembly video show the back wheels on and they were not. Everything else was good. I like that the brakes and the shifter was assembled and how easy the chain was to put on.

Matt was a great help in getting a trike out to us way out in B C. My Brother in law loves his Meet One Breeze Pro. I will be ordering the same but a 2.0 as soon as they get to Canada. Thanks again Matt!
