Very nice workers and I’m comfortable leaving my belongings there even when I have to leave town.

The lady at the front desk was very nice to me she gave me an extra good deal because I'm in a domestic violence situation she helped me out in more ways than one I really appreciate the courtesy I was in and out in a Flash which I was running behind on an appointment and she made sure that I made it I would recommend this place to anyone

I am so happy to see you've had such a great experience with us Lisa. We are always happy to help!
Excellent on site service ! Poor billing communication. I was late on my 1st monthly payment. Didn’t receive, or just missed any messages. My bad, maybe, but was there within a day to make it right. Cost me $15.00. They got paid, I’m moving out. I’m sorry for your billing problems. $15.00 is close 33% of my monthly total bill. Give people a break !!! We all make mistakes ! You lost nothing !!!

I am very sorry to see this Charles, and I do understand life can get in the way sometimes. We'd like to see you stay with us and as this was your first time with us, I'd be happy to credit the fee towards next month's rent. Please reach out to me directly at [email protected].
