The new system should have reset everyone’s KPI % cause now it’s harder to get back to a good percentage with less work coming in the Que so it makes it harder to get long term work established

Feel like there is a consistent break down in communication between us and your clients. They explain to protos what type of services or coverage they want, and then when we get on site there is a misunderstanding of what needs to be done. Sometimes an unarmed officer is requested, but when an unarmed officer shows up - the customer is expecting the officer to do duties outside their licensing scope. Other times, a location will be closed on a holiday, and they don't tell protos, and we get dinged on our rating. We will tell dispatch that the location is closed for the holiday - but they don't believe us and will continuously call every 15 minutes about a tardy to a location that doesn't want and/or need us there.
