We value our partnership with you, thank you for your review of Protos Security!
Vigilance Protection Services, LLC has had a very positive experience working in partnership with Protos Security. Their team has been professional, responsive, and organized throughout the vendor onboarding and service coordination process. Protos provides clear communication, detailed post expectations, and a structured platform that allows security providers to properly manage assignments, reporting, and client expectations. As a private security agency, we value partnerships that are built on accountability, professionalism, and mutual respect. Protos Security has demonstrated those qualities by working with us to ensure service requirements are clearly communicated and that both the client and vendor are supported properly. We appreciate the opportunity to partner with Protos Security and look forward to continuing a strong working relationship. I would recommend Protos to security vendors and clients looking for a company that values communication, structure, and reliable service delivery.

Thank you for your review of Protos Security!
Protos is an absolute pleasure to work with, the rates are good and the work is consistent. Also, the work orders themselves are thorough and provide the information we typically need. If I were to make a suggestion it would be for the dispatchers to call while also sending an email whenever new jobs are available. This way we will know right away and have the information we need to send over to other managers/supervisors.

Want to explain how to be considered for more short term or medium term opportunities that can help considerations for long term. It seems dispatch may have favorites they depend on and I want to know how to overcome that

Building strong working relationships through consistent service and responsiveness can help lead to more short- and long-term opportunities. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to continuing to work together.
Protos is an amazing platform for small security companies. I have worked with Protos for four years, and I have always been treated with care and respect. They truly make you feel like you belong. Their team is always accessible, supportive, and helpful whenever needed. The vendor portal has greatly improved punch report management, especially by resolving lost revenue issues caused by missed or incorrect punches. Overall, Protos has created a smoother and more reliable experience for security vendors.
