I was very happy with my loan officer and the prospect company! My loan officer name is Gregory Hooks and I recommend him with my eyes closed. My buying home experience went very smooth without any hiccups! and we are now proud owners of a townhouse.

We recently used Prospect Mortgage for a refinance and our loan officer was Carmela Terrazzino. She was very professional. When we submitted our documents, she immediately began to process our loan and get things moving. The process moved very quickly. Carmela kept us informed during the entire process, and always returned our phone calls. Overall, we had a good experience with Carmela and Prospect Mortgage.

Chris Smith , loan officer in Spokane Washington, just help us purchase a home using our VA benefits ! Chris was amazing he was up on all the latest information regarding our loan, he kept us informed along the way, and we always knew what was going on ! Alex Jimenez from Prospect Mortgage in Las Vegas made the purchase of my new home a breeze. This is my second home and I wish I would of used them on my first home purchased. Great communication and customer service. He was upfront and honest on the best APR that was available and kept me informed if the rate dropped so I could lock it in. I would refer Prospect Mortgage to anyone looking for a honest, trust worthy lender and anyone not wanting paperwork headaches.
