Prospect Mortgage is a trustworthy Company that says what they mean and does what they mean. I am proud to say that they have a deligent and efficient crew and I will remain grateful for the service provided. More grease to your elbow as we say in Nigeria! Kudos guys and gals!

The team at Prospect helped me find my dream home. They took a lot of time explaining every step. I never felt rushed or bullied into making a hasty decisions. I would recommend the team at Prospect Mortgage to anyone.

I had a difficult situation with my credit and Prospect did a LOT of work to get me pre-qualified! And when they did I was met with a promise that "we'll close" And that's exactly what they did for us. Top notch customer service from top to bottom, and I never felt like the promise they made in the beginning was ever in danger of not happening. Highly recommend this lender for your home buying needs!

This Loan Officer, Carin, has been my "go-to" referral for any Buyer that I work with for over 10 years. I always trust the constant performance, the experience and the expertise to get the job done. Buyers love the competetive rates and the level of communication throughout the transaction. Always makes me look good! Thanks, Carin & Buchanan Group!

I reached out to Prospect Mortgage with 8 days to close a loan when my Credit Union failed to come through. They were able to get my loan processed and I was signing in 6 days. Incredible service, wonderful staff. Never once did I feel like I was a burden or asking too much of them. They seemed to enjoy the challenge and took great pride in putting my loan together in record time. Thanks Risha, Trish, and Esther!
