When I called Carol Sinor, she was able to quickly give us advice of our next steps. She called with any updates, and left messages and emails if I didn't answer the call. She was super friendly, and so was the receptionist when we went in.

As this was our first time buying a house we had plenty of questions throughout the process. Agent we worked closely with took the time to answer all of them, whether through a quick text/email or in person.

Overall, the folks at prospect were fabulous.
