Prospect Mortgage saved the day and got me into my condo. Difficult circumstances but with David and his team, my realtor and the seller's realtor, I am a condo/home owner. There are no words to explain the number of hours that Prospect Mortgage put in on my behalf. Simply there are no words.

Joe is Amazing!! Through this entire process, though challenging, (not his fault, all the challenges came from the seller's side) he always remained positive, and kept me informed. I am a very hands on realtor, so this is extremely important to me. But most importantly he is fabulous with my clients, and always takes the extra time to make sure all of their questions are answers... No matter what time of day, even late at night!! I refer Joe to ALL of my clients, and they are continually impressed. Joe is always professional, and has impeccable work ethic.

Dave had loan doc's out to the title company early, the figures were all wha the buyer had agreed to and accepted. The whole process went very smooth with no hiccups and surprises. The LO kept in contact with everyone along the way including the listing agent.

Peter Scott did a terrific job handling the loan from start to finish, he kept us all up to date with emails and phone calls, and was always available when I needed to reach him. Peter met all the time frames and came thru in a pinch when things got tough. He got the job done in a timely manner. Peter presents himself well, clean cut and professional and dresses the part too. I will certainly think of Peter with my future business. It was a pleasure working with him.
