Frank, As always was a true professional. He shows genuine interest in the client and my success as an agent. Because of him we at Terra Nova Realty look forward to a long lasting relationship with prospect.

Roger Dobson of Prospect Mortgage did a fantastic job with helping me secure affordable financing for my new home. Being new to the process, Roger explained all the steps and documentation I need to help get my loan approved quickly. Thank you Roger and Prospect for doing an Outstanding Job! Michael Lytle

We recently refinanced our mortgage. Michael had assisted us when we purchased our home six years ago, and it was such a great experience that we wanted to utilize his services with the refinance. Again, we had a great experience with him. Michael is the best!

Marie Richarz is the best loan officer out there. I have done business with her a total of 3 times now and will definitely continue to use her in the future. She always makes herself available for any questions or concerns you may have and ensures that the entire loan process runs smoothly.

I have purchased many homes over the past 20 years and my experience with prospect mortgage without a doubt has been the easiest mortgage application. They even were able to move my closing up a week due to their hard work and efficiency. I especially appreciated the ability to do most of the document signing on line/via email. Also, my questions were answered very quickly whether via email, text or phone call. I was able to reach someone weekends and even late in the evening. Given my busy scheduled, I appreciated their availability. Highly recommend this mortgage service without reservation!
