Great experience

Never shared enough information to make it an easy process, when asked direct question we were not told the truthful response. Asked for an open communication dialogue with the lender but constantly we search for details leading to frustration. In the end everything worked out but were told our payments would be one amount, we asked if home owners insurance would be in that total and we were told yes. In reality with the expansion of the home the insurance amount actually went up quite a bit and we wern't prepared for that.

From beginning to end Prospect offered a very professional experience. My loan officer Bruce Salik showed patience and was prompt in addressing any questions or concerns I had even after closing. Bruce helped me achieve a long held goal of home ownership and I would not hesitate to recommend him or Prospect.
