I purchased the 7 days TSA Prep Course to get me ready for the TSA Exam. I appreciated how it was self-paced. The x-ray portion was very helpful! However, I think an area it could improve is in the 2d and 3d section. The actual test was not in the format of the Prep Course. For example, in the test all angles/sides had to be matched up. The TSA exam was much more challenging in this specific area. But even still, the 2d and 3d section of the Prep Course helped me to know that type of info was on the exam. Overall, very pleased with the TSA 7-day Prep Course.

The class was great. The material studied was found in the test helping in a smooth test taking.

The immediate scoring and being able to redo was very helpful.

I did the Criticall Course back in August and it was really helpful and informative. It was a week long course and I took full advantage of it. I took notes as I did the course and went over the different lessons multiple times. There’s also practice questions and tests. It informs you where you’re wrong and tells you why. Overall, it was a great experience! I recently just heard back from a call dispatcher position I applied for where I did the test, I’m on to my second phase!

Really prepared me well done

Was helpful in preparing for the CritiCall test. My only suggestion is make sure you utilize it as much as you can for the amount of time you can access, then you'll pass like I did, definitely sharpened my skills.

This course helped me in more ways than I could imagine. If I had not had the practice that Prep terminal provided for the critical test, I would not have known what to expect when I took the actual test.

I highly suggest you use the prepterminal( criticall course). It had every part of the test that i needed and with the use of prepterminal i successfully passed my test and starting my job as a 911 dispatcher Oct.14th
