My primary concern lies in the 2D to 3D folding process. I have encountered two instances that are inherently impossible to fold, suggesting potential errors in the test methodology. Additionally, it is unsatisfactory that the numerical values do not align precisely with their corresponding flaps, rendering the test inaccurate. The connect the dots, the dots cover the numbers. Developers lack contact information to make corrections. I’m curious to compare these tests to official TSO tests.

In the Critical Call testing I really had problems with the map reading part. Even with my computer glasses there was no way to make the map larger so I could see the street names and the name on some of the buildings. In the part where your had to hear a caller and try to remember what they were saying. It was unclear as to whose name to type on the screen. The caller, reporting party or the injured party. Just as a side note, I am not sure of the demeanor of the call taker. Seemed more concerned about the caller's safety (who witnessed the event) than the event itself. Almost too many questions. Just 'Get the facts' Just my perception after being in Law Enforcement for so Long.

It definitely helped with the memory comprehension but not everything I had studied for was on the test. Unfortunately didn’t passes I think it would have been more helpful if they added a section matching license plates and calling out names in a warrant list. I feel like that’s what got me the most

The test was very helpful in preparing for the CritiCall exam- but be warned, the actual test is very fast paced- so practice, practice, practice on the prep test so you are lightening fast on the actual test day!!! Good luck!!!

It’s okay. There’s some technical difficulties in the beginning and it took 3 weeks to have access.

Overall the course I took for the criticall test was great and helped me a lot, the complaint I had was 1. the memorization section on the real test was completely different, on the real test I needed to memorize phone numbers and vin numbers and then type them out, and on the practice test It was different, 2. One of the map reading sections was simaler to the practice test, but there was another one that was completetly differet, overll great practice test but deffinitly room for improvment

The material was good, I signed up for my grandson who was planning to apply for a position which was then closed so he did not take the test. The unfortunate situation was we ended up double paying as both my grandson and I paid the fee and when we tried to resolve it with customer service they were unwilling to refund one of our payments. I don't have exact date but it was in 2024.

i purchased the 3 month postal test prep and am still not sure if i like the material. i wanted time to look it over and memorize things if i could. most of it is easy except the logic part "test your approach". I am not sure if its close to the actual test from the post office because i haven't taken the actual test yet. I did take another test prep companies exam and i passed easily. i asked the guy at the post office what he thought of the test and he thought it was easy. this has not done anything good for my confidence. i am determined to pass it though and its helpful to have some idea what to expect. there is an error on one of the matching numbers you folks need to fix. you didnt count a duplicate number but its there. i do appreciate having those matching numbers to see to train my brain to look for differences. Im a bit older but i will pass it, hopefully on the first try.
