Prepterminal InstructionReviews of prepterminal.com

I use this company to prep for the TSA test. The prep materials which they provide is nothing like the actual test. Also, I believe they did me a disservice because I was confused regarding why it was different and was questioning if I took the right test. I've tried to contact them numerous times to obtain a refund however I received no response. Also, they do not provide a phone number. Don't use this company to prep for the TSA test or any other test.

I would give ZERO stars for so called 'Prepterminal'. Full refunds offered but after buying the 4 hour intensive course, I managed to watch the intro video and the first maths video then nothing else. Kept getting an error message saying that there was a problem with THEIR server. I only had a limited time (One day) to do an unannounced SHL test so my purchase was a total waste of money. Tried contacting 'Prepterminal' a few times to request a refund but as yet they have not bothered to respond to me so I guess I have to put this one down to experience. Think twice before purchasing. If there is a problem that isn't your fault, then say goodbye to your money!

Just a fake! I paid for 3 month access- access is not given, mentioned mail address is also fake-no any response

I purchased a course for $65 for 1 week and now I have an account but nothing happens when I click on the course. There is no phone number to contact only message which is unanswered. Prepterminal is the company. I need this amount refunded or enable the course so I can take the course.
