The CritiCall test prep was a great resource for anybody who doesn’t know what to expect going into a dispatch test. It provides information you didn’t know you needed, and happy you had. Seriously helped me pass my test on the first try.

It was very easy to navigate and understand the material. The course provided the summary content so before I purchased I made sure this is what I wanted, which was TSO. The actual test questions are similar to the prep terminal. I recommend this course for anyone who are trying for this profession.

The New York State Police course was very helpful. It really explained the questions and broke it down in a way that make it easy to understand!

Material is of the same intent as the actual test, so it does help. Test dynamics are different to today's KF4D. Some explanations of the answers make no sense. Test UI is feeble. It is ultra-annoying that they call you to leave a review here, and promptly keep reminding you via email.

It helped quite a bit with prepping myself for becoming a dispatcher, I know know what kind of questions they'll ask on the Criticall text and am now better prepared, 10/10 will definitely recommend.

Take this course. It was much harder than the actual test! When I took the actual test I laughed and said this was way too easy. If you struggle with the 2d to 3d portion this may help. If you ace the other two sections you should still be good if you feel you didn’t do well on the 3rd section. This prep class gave me much comfort the day of testing.

I had no idea what to expect on the TSA Test and after doing some internet searches I found PrepTerminal's website. I took some of the practice tests and knew I had to expand my knowledge more so I ordered their TSA Test Prep. I am so glad I did. It really helped to prepare me for the TSA assessment.

I ordered the TSA Prep Booster™ - TSA CBT Test Prep Course on Prepterminal and passed the New TSA CBT (2024) - Alternate Skills Test / TSO Assessment Battery exam the first time with no issues. The questions closely mirror the questions I had on my exam and I felt very prepared when it came time to actually take my test. I only needed to study for a short period of time because these questions aligned well with the exam material. Would recommend this product to anyone who is needing to take a TSA CBT test and wants to pass on their first try.
