Pretty incredible customer service. I needed an updated receipt, and once I submitted a ticket, I had that updated receipt within MINUTES. Never in my life have I gotten helped that quickly, with so few barriers to get through. Awesome.

Leo Abundo made this phone conversation very easy. I thought I was charged three times for parking, he sent receipts showing my refund. That eased my mind, thanks Leo!

The payment is really easy to do it and the parking spots are good. The customer service was just perfect. We had a problem with a rented car and they resolved the problem right away at the app chat. We're so grateful. It was a really really great experience.

Phone system not great. Very difficult to get to a human to speak with but once I did, the customer service was very accommodating and pleasant to speak with

The customer service representative, Divine, lived up to her name. She showed the four Ps: Professionalism Politeness Patience Pleasantness *Frustrated, with the Technology, I tested Divine and she passed with flying colors.

The agent was very polite and courteous. He was patient, sympathetic and a good listener. When I told him that I had trouble completing the dispute online he assisted me. He is simply great! He’s awesome and I love him. His name is Leo Mira Abundo. May God bless him.
