Always a pleasure Derek! That's what we're here for.
Required a washer dryer set quick at our rental home for next 1 year, but Premium Appliance Rentals had only one available 1 month out. After requesting, they found a way to expedite the delivery to within a week. Delivery was done by William, very well coordinated, timely and he was a pleasure to deal with.

It's our pleasure! We like to save the day any way we can. Thank you for choosing us. We appreciate it!
This is the MOST unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Mostly from a point of view of how they handled their situation. The company sent their workers to install a washer and dryer. The workers installed the washer, but never installed the dryer. I then asked the workers while they were leaving, "Is everything done." The workers then responded, "Yes Sir." I took their word for it. I then later on in the day decided to look at the washer and dryers. They were completely dirty and scratch and totally used! Their website specifically states, "Brand New or Slightly Used." Not even the case. Not only were they worn out, and disgusting, the workers never Connected the Dryer. I looked in the Dryer, and the vent that's suppose to be connected to the wall was inside the dryer with the door closed. I thought, that maybe they did not need to use it, and they connected the Dryer itself straight to the wall. That was also not the case. I found that out by attempting to dry clothes, and it never dryed. I then later found out that the Dyer was BROKEN, and never heated up. I then called the company, and the owner William, who claimed to be a supervisor, provided him all the information, and he informed me that it would be taken care of. I believed him. It never was. They were suppose to send someone out to connect the dryer, because apparently, it needed a different peice to connect to the wall which the workers who did not properly do the job, Never expressed to me. So, after I decided to keep the services, and not cancel because I believed William would fix it, He told me someone will be out tomorrow to fix it. They never came, and NEVER called. I then called william 14 times over 4 days and he never answered. I then called the company 8 times, and they finally answered only for the Owner to call me A LIAR, and they workers installed the dryer, and I(The Customer) disconnected the dryer from the wall. I exchanged some very unfriendly words to William due to the fact that I have 4 kids, and they dryer being ran and unplugged was a safety hazard. He did not care. William told me that i should have never ran it once i found out the clothers were not dry. I then should wash them, and rang it out and hang it around my house or outside! He then stated to me that HE would never do that himself. The point of this message, is to not buy ANYTHING from this company. Its not the fact that they not only put my families life in danger, and brought me Broken dirty equipment. Its the fact how they handled the entire situation in a Complete and Unprofessional way. Save Your Money, and your time. Its not worth it. If an Owner can treat a customer that way, when they messed up, dont trust them. Im sure they will respond to this message and say a WHOLE load of Lies. Dont believe them. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY!

Hello David, thank you for your review. It is customers like you who make our work very difficult. Your set was installed correctly but you moved the dryer, as you told us yourself on our recorded call and hence the dryer duct came undone. Afterwards, you called and rained profanity on us even as we tried our best to rectify the situation. We advised you that moving the set was against our policy but nonetheless we will send out a technician to reconnect the duct. We ask all our customers to call us, text us or leave us a message if there is any issue and we will send out a technician to repair or replace as necessary. We have hundreds of customers to prove this. We enjoy what we do and enjoy serving our customers. Additionally, you were offered a free month but you demanded the full refund of your setup fee of which we agreed to because your appointment had to be rescheduled. Note that your delivery address is way outside of our delivery area but we accommodated you because we love our work and are always looking to go the extra mile. You also proceeded to demand on our recorded line that we pay you $2000 for the scheduling conflicts. This is what blue-collar service businesses have to face in our world today. In all honesty, it doesn't seem like we will ever be able to satisfy your needs, so as mentioned on the phone, a full refund of all monies paid to us have been refunded to you and the set is being scheduled for pickup. You will not discourage us from continuing to serve our customers with joy and cheerfulness. Our lesson learned here though is that we will strictly be sticking with our defined delivery area henceforth. Sorry we couldn't meet your demands.
Update: they were able to replace the washer the next day to ensure it was installed correctly. Not only were we charged higher than stated, we also had no update of when the washer and dryer would arrive, and most of all it completely flooded the apartment the first time we ran the washer. No number to call to help as this is happening. Just a “we’ll get back to you.” Clearly very cheap and used washers and dryers.

Thank you for updating your review, Faith. Apologies for the inconvenience caused with the washer. And yes, we did send a technician out the very next day to take care of it. This is by far the fastest among our competitors. Also, as far as the charges, the first month payment is prorated but if the delivery date is pushed further out, the refund has to be manually processed for the customer. Also, you have my direct cell phone contact which was provided to you by your leasing agent. Please call me directly in case of an after-hours emergency. Our live chat support line are also available 24/7 via our website and phone representatives are available during normal business hours. I went ahead and refunded the full month for the inconvenience. Every once in a blue moon, we do get appliance mishaps, but we pride ourselves with rectifying all situations and making sure our customers are satisfied. Thank you for choosing us. We appreciate your business. :)

I found Premium Appliance Rentals online and immediately decided to go with the company for my washer & dryer rental. The unit was reasonably priced, and the service was very efficient. I highly recommend.
