I have been trying for over a month to get my appliances picked up. Your call center is useless and my calls are never returned. My emails, and the chat have also not been responded to. I am moving out of state and need these picked up. I am hoping to resolve this amicably, but am currently consulting with a lawyer to look into all of my options.

This company used to provide great service. They have been refusing to respond to my requests to repair or replace their equipment for over a week. The call center they use has extremely rude employees who will hang up on you. Now I am trying to cancel my service they are threatening me that they will report to my credit if I block my card from their charges. 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND

The company is reliable. I'm renting a washing machine. The services were quick and prompt. SHABB, RAY AND ADAM were fantastic getting the washing through the stairs. They were approachable and professional. Thank you so much great team work.

amazing customer service!!

The worst communication with this company. Very hard to reach, hard to coordinate with. The appliances that I rented (washer & dryer) operated fine for the year that I had them, but definitely were not top quality.
