The installation process is simple and this fountain is a great addition to my pond. I had a question about adjusting flow and customer service was very prompt and helpful. Will purchase from this company again.

The solar pond filter works great as an addition to my 110g turtle pond. My turtle loves to sit under the fountain, splashing his shell.

We love it! Feed our koi every day and watch the fountain. Works great if the sun is shining and oh so pretty and the fish love it!

The fountain works great, the instructions were a little hard to get through to figure out which nozzle we needed for it not to spray tall but our ducks love it!

I have purchased two solar water pumps from this company, one came with wrong accessaries, so waited two weeks for correct parts. Collectively both pumps operated correctly for maybe 14 days. Both pumps worked fine but for no reason just stopped. I informed the company of my problem and was informed to send a video of the pumps sitting in my fountain, both not working. Not sure what they would do with the video, probably scratch their heads in amazement that someone (me) would actually take time to video two non-functioning water pumps. I realize they will not provide a refund, and the last thing I need is two more pieces of junk. I should have known better purchasing a product named after the shit my dog deposits on my lawn.

Dear Jay, We’re truly sorry for the disappointing experience you’ve had. This is certainly not the experience we want any of our customers to have. We’d like to clarify that our request for a video was never intended to question what you experienced. It is simply part of our standard after-sales process, allowing our technical team to document the issue, review the installation and operating conditions, and investigate possible causes. This information also helps us continue improving our products and quality control. When a product is found to be defective, we always put our customers’ interests first. Depending on the customer’s preference, we normally offer either a replacement or a refund. We sincerely apologize that this policy was not communicated clearly to you earlier. Please tell us your order number, and we will arrange a refund for you. We hope this can, in some small way, make up for the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the trouble this has caused, and we appreciate you taking the time to bring this issue to our attention. Best regards, POPOSOAP
