Great customer service!!! Very happy with my purchase!!!

Pump is very quiet and powerful, just too big for my 30 gallon aquarium.

I contacted their Customer Service about a problem with one of their units and they responded immediately and then followed up with a replacement unit for me.

The customer service is UNBELIEVABLE and FAST. They exceeded my expectations. My light on my pump wasn't working, I reached out and within a couple of days BAM my new light was here. I'm very happy. Thanks again!

Hi- I ordered a solar waterfall pump kit, it came very quickly and I ended having to return it because the place where my pond it doesn’t get enough sunlight. They say they will give me a full refund, and I plan on getting a different one that plugs in to an extension chord. I can’t wait for the new one to arrive!

The Post office would not deliver to the address or PO box. Poposoap was extremely helpful in redirectiing the package. The pump works great!
