Thank you! You should have the email with your serial number already, check if it's gone to your junk box. If you can't find the email, you can grab the serial number from the order status page for your order.

Thanks for your review Jørgen, enjoy Soothe!
Easy peasy. Only 4 stars because as I was purchasing I was not immediately sure how I would get the license info, how to register, etc.

Hi Erik, thanks for your feedback! Our installation/activation instructions page is in the Useful Links section, found on every page of our site. This includes instructions for all our brands in one place. I'll add a link that explains the process a bit better near the Add to Cart button on the product pages to make this easier to find in future.
Always amazing deals on all the best plugins! You can't go wrong, I will be getting all my plug-ins from here from now on! Will also be my first place to go for guitar tones and drum samples!

Thank you, Michael!
Really cool high end plugins ...the only problem is I've gotten two emails from their site to download product and each time the download link was grayed out...both times the link was dead and I had to go back to the site and find the product it was a hassle because there's no my products basically on the site that I can just go log,in look at current and previous purchases and download them ...other sites have that ..if I have a problem with my computer and need to reinstall the stuff I have from plugin fox I'm not sure how I would be able to do it

Hi Bishop, thanks for your feedback. I wanted to look into the email issue for you. Upon checking your links are still active and working. Could you forward the email with the download links that are grayed out? I'll check where the issue is. Please send to [email protected] As for the My Products section, it doesn't exist on our site because 95% of the products we offer are downloaded directly from the manufacturer, to ensure the latest version is always offered. For both of your orders, however, they are in the 5% that is hosted with us. You just need to login to your account, then click the order number to go into it and retrieve your download link. We are always looking to improve, so helping me look into the email issue will be much appreciated. Thanks! Lawrence Ames PluginFox
