I cancelled our services with Zidy more than two years ago, and they continue to charge our credit card. No phone calls are ever returned.

We used this service for a short time and it did not produce much for us. The bigger problem came when we tried to cancel — there was no one to get a hold of. No response from customer service, no way to actually close the account. It got to the point where I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company just to stop being billed, because there was no other way to cancel. I even tried signing up for a new account, hoping that would finally get someone to reach out so I could cancel the account I already had. That didn't work either. Very difficult company to work with. It's also worth noting that the positive reviews you see for this company are collected when you sign up, not after you've actually used the service as a customer. That makes them look far more professional and responsive than they actually are. If you want to test this yourself before signing up, try calling Zidy's customer service or sales phone numbers listed on their website and see if you get a real person. If you get through and get real help, maybe your experience will be different than ours. We couldn't get anyone on the line when it came time to cancel.

I have asked this company to stop spam calling me multiple times and they just keep on and keep on calling. Unacceptable. I am trying to run a business and every other phone call is "Zidy calling with AI, Zidy blah blah blah". Remove my name from your list.
