You couldn't deliver an "instant access" product that you advertise yourself as being available at a moment's notice in less than a few hours. The thing is I needed that product for a gig and trusting your company put my job in jeopardy. This shouldn't happen with digital downloads, I won't be buying from you again.

Your rewards system could be a lot better. Look at Plugin Boutique's or Audio De Luxe's ones and will see how can it be improved. The way it is now, it's no incentive to more buying there unless you have the best price around. I'm just saying...

The website is self is quite intuitive, with many products and a good amount of information regarding how to obtain a product and install it. However, I accidentally purchased the wrong product and tried to contact customer service to no avail. I reached out via the customer service help forms three times over several weeks, and waited for over a day for a response in the messages chat box. Nothing. Not even a confirmation email to say that they had received my customer service request. I thought at first, maybe I had put my email in wrong or something, but after doing it several times and still receiving nothing, I unfortunately have to give plug-in Fox only two stars, as if you make a mistake and need help, it seems there’s a good chance you will not receive any. (The product I purchased was US$199 and necessary for my university studies (I am a college student), and so I simply cannot afford to be throwing this kind of money away. I still have to go out and buy the correct product.)

Im using reason 12 and I bought east west voices of soul and I can get it installed on my software. It shouldn't have to be that hard to get it to work. Smh

Bought AlterBoy (SoundToys) plugin on an offer from them. After an initial struggle got all set up. Awhile later I upgraded laptop and went through the steps to get the licensed transferred - However the license has now disappeared and after months of trying to get in contact to re-issue the license I paid for, I'm yet to get a response from them. Wonder what happened to my license...
