I ordered the wrong product by accident and I contacted their customer service to see about exchanging it for correct one, not a refund, because I did want the program. I accidentally ordered the student package, which was my fault for not paying attention, but I was willing to pay more money for the right one but they never got back to me to do so instead they said I couldn’t do it and they were not willing to help me so it was a terrible experience for me and I will not use them again, not saying they’re a bad company or a bad website but my experience was just not good.

payment went smoothly, i had issues as the product i bought was out of stock but support was helpful in letting me know and the issue was resolved the next day, i successfully obtained my license and order receipt, site made instructions of download easy and accessible, good site layout. plus sales.

It's easy to see which manufacturers are offering discounts. Immediately after purchase, a license was emailed to me and I was able to authorize it. wonderful. thank you.

My xpand 2 vst will not launch

I was able to go through the entire checkout process for a product that was not in stock. And then my order was cancelled without any consultation for what my options would be. A refund was issued to my Canadian credit card in USD so I actually lost money without even receiving any product. Which I shouldn't have been able to buy in the first place.
