Bad experience
First, my order didn't arrive so I notified the customer service who sent me the replacement. Bio-bomb tablets they sent me were defective and came in a sealed plain plastic bag. They supposed to emit light bleach or swimming pool scent when mixed in water but had zero smell, not even faint. Despite aerating overnight in the car 2 separate times, it had zero effect. When I complained, I was simply told that the correct tablets were sent and to buy their additional product to try. Even if it had a hint of scent, I wouldn't complain but no scent whatsoever. What a waste of $ and time! I'll be ordering the authentic products directly from the supplier.

The Bio-Bomb Minis are chlorine dioxide odor elimination tablets designed to neutralize and eliminate odors at their source rather than add a fragrance or air freshener scent to the environment. As discussed through our email correspondence, it is normal for there to be little to no noticeable scent during use, even when the product is functioning properly. Based on your description, the tablets activated as expected, including the yellow coloration that occurs when dissolved in water. It's also important to clarify that Bio-Bomb Minis are designed primarily for localized odor treatment applications when diluted into a 16–32 oz spray bottle and applied directly to the affected area. They are not intended to remediate heavy cigarette smoke contamination throughout an entire vehicle interior. For severe smoke odor issues, Bio-Bomb recommends their larger treatment systems, which generate substantially more chlorine dioxide and are specifically designed for whole-vehicle odor remediation. When your original shipment appeared to be delayed by the carrier, we promptly sent a replacement order at no charge to ensure you received your purchase.
