Received a 90% empty bottle, it leaked during delivery, I emailed the company about it but no response. All I could find was a return address for any issues and had to send back at my own expense(8$), haven’t heard anything back yet but plenty of companies will answer an issue and NOT make you pay your own return shipping. Find one of those this isn’t it.

We replace bottles that are damaged or leak during shipping, and we file claims with the carrier so our customers aren't left holding the bag. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been using Phoenix EOD for a while now, and I honestly can't fault the products. Everything I've tried has worked really well, the quality is consistent, and the results speak for themselves. My car has never looked better, and it's made detailing so much easier. Definitely a brand I'll keep using and recommending to others.

Ordered the wrong ceramic product, and cancelling to reorder was just a quick phone call. I don't remember who I spoke to, but they were super friendly. 10/10 customer service. I just used the fine polish, panel prep, ceramic coat, and titan detailer. All are very high performing products. fab-ulous produces criminal levels of clarity, the prep spray is way more efficient than IPA, kronos application was incredibly easy, and the slickness and shine produced by Titan in just one application is wild. 10/10 products.

This product is very forgiving with the timing of putting on and wiping off. Great product. Definitely recommend! The gloss is amazing with it

The shipping was prompt and packaged to prevent damage. After using the Bio Bomb Minis twice in a steam cleaner the odor seemed to be a little bit more tolerant but it still exists. I still have three more tablets left and I’m considering on using them to possibly eliminate the odor in my car. Overall I like the ease of using the tablets and will probably be ordering more of them if I see them on a sale.
