Great staff

Called to discuss renewing my delivery & service contract and set up a tune for the oil burner. Was put on hold for over 5 minutes and was then told no one was available but I would receive a call back that day. No one called back, I called today again same story plus when I asked about a tune up for the burner I was told it was free, but the first available date was March 24th, 2027. You shouldn't even get one star.

The technician was very pleasant, helpful and friendly. She seemed to be very thorough, and she got my furnace running smoothly.

I have not seen Email Bill in about 6 months. I call more than once about and still was done. Last I talk someone they was put to paper bill. Even one customer service try to blame me. That is why I gave you that rating
