I cancelled my services in September when I was told I could not transfer the remainder of maintenance contract I had purchased after moving to a new home in same neighborhood. This after ising Petro for near 10 years. Why are you even bothering to ask me now?

Called to discuss renewing my delivery & service contract and set up a tune for the oil burner. Was put on hold for over 5 minutes and was then told no one was available but I would receive a call back that day. No one called back, I called today again same story plus when I asked about a tune up for the burner I was told it was free, but the first available date was March 24th, 2027. You shouldn't even get one star.

Got rid of this rip-off company and found a better, friendlier, more helpful, and reliable company, also less expensive.

Petro will do an annual tune up on my boiler in April! Why, because I don’t have a contract with them so they punish you for that… like many oil companies, shame on Petro.

Important part needed to fix my furnace is on order and We have been cold for the last 2 days. This is uncharacteristic of Petro and needs to be resolved immediately!

I spoke to Amon, Briana, Brittany Mark all said they would contact service and that he or they would call me back about my concern no one called this was during the month of July and August. I even emailed the General Manager Mike M. then on Sept 13 I went to the North Haven office No Satisfaction they told me I should call the 800 number. This is no way to treat a customer. The other day I spoke with Brian. He said he would call me back. He said that Sean the manager in North Haven was out.
