One if your reps did not want to hear no … was very pushy and i admit, i hung up on him … never experienced any poor customer service prior after over a decade as a customer … this did bit happen on my last call to check in prices buy earlier last month by one if your retention reps. Your price for fixed rate was over a dollar a gallon higher than a very reputable, local competitor. You lost me as i signed on with them.
