All of their people are knowledgeable, highly trained, courteous and friendly. When I ran into a rough financial patch, they stuck with me until I got back on track. This is a company with a heart that doesn't prioritize the bottom line over their customers. Their service plans are unbeatable in that they do whatever it takes to solve a heating problem that is covered by the plan no matter how complicated or time consuming. They have been my service providers since 2021. Petro is the gold standard in customer service, period!!!
