I have been purchasing products through PetFlow for several years. I have always been more than satisfied with the quality, price, selection available, delivery, & customer service. They are my go-to company for long-lasting chews for my dogs.

Excellent service and great prices

Website is misleading about shipping times. Communication is slow. Service and delivery speed lags way behind their competitors. On the plus side, prices and selection are pretty good.

I ordered a specific cat kibble from pet flow and received wrong item. I found the service to call or text in and complain great. I received prompt communication on what to do and follow up texts. I will be telling more friends about Petflo. Your standard for customer service is excellent-what an easy transaction. After being in quarantine for over a year, it is wonderful to find a company that is extremely helpful and their customer service employees are friendly. Thank you again and keep up good work. Patricia Dean
