Box arrived all beat up and half opened up! I bought a large bag of puppy chow and two puppy toys! It was obvious the bag of puppy food was stuffed into a box that was to small for it, thus the tape broke opened in transit. Luckily the items I ordered were still in there, but really???

My order was placed in front of my garage, instead my front door. I stopped doing business with Chewy for this exact reason. There is no reason why the box of food could not be placed at my front door. Even when given instructions, the delivery service for online pet food, seems to throw the boxes wherever they chose. I refuse to allow boxes to be placed in front of my garage. This is unacceptable, and if it happens again, l will no longer use Petflow, or any online service. I will get in my car, and go to the store and buy whatever l need. I’m not going to have the security of my home at risk, because packages are sitting in full view of any passerby. And, if someone takes the package, then we have another problem.

My puppy loves your food. This food was recommended by the breeder and I am happy I decided to order it.

My Refer a Friend credits automatically disappeared every time I tried to place an order or move an auto ship order forward. I had to call and hassle around with multiple employees each time, to get a simple $10 credit that I had earned with my referrals applied properly to my account. I had a recent issue with an item that was improperly described and very unsatisfactory. After that return, I noticed that my auto ship order, which is set up with a customer loyalty discount, has now disappeared from my account as ongoing. I will have to call yet again to get things straightened out....or maybe I won't and will just buy my dog food somewhere else without all the hassles.
