I haven't fed my dog the new food I ordered yet. I am trying to gradually introduce this food, but I will comment on PetFlow. The food was reasonably priced, super fast delivery and easy ordering process is my review opinion..

Product and relatively prompt delivery seems to be stable. Web site needs work. Not easy to navigate when it comes to quick re-orders. Also some of the dog food cans are dented and make stacking a pain.

I just love the idea of ordering on line & having the items delivered to my home. My last 2 experiences with this company have been frustrating & time consuming. My prescription dog food has been hard to find but Petflow showed stock available & I was so excited. Placed my order, all items shipped & I was charged the full amount. Once my package arrived, the prescription dog food was not included. I called customer service & the agent seemed confused. To sum this up, I requested the refund because there was no stock available. The items never shipped.

I kept track of the shipping and was disappointed the length it took. The tracking system told me it would arrive by certain but did not.
