We have had many stomach issues with our dog over the last month. Lots os tests and special diets and pills. Not once has PetFirst questioned us or denied a single claim. We feel so happy to have our dog who is family to us on a plan from PetFirst. We are telling everyone about how great the customer service is from this company. If you love your pet like we love ours you can't go wrong having them on a PetFirst plan. Thank you for all you do to help us get our little boy back to health.

I have been with petfirst for a while and I been with other pet insurance prior to finding this one. It is so easy to receive a refund for the cost of the incident. Just fill out the form and send in a detailed cost of each item. Simple fast and accurate...what more could you ask for?.

Easy process for reimbursements, no hassles or tricks. Also very imply with review process, was reimbursed in a week for an emergency surgery my pet required. Great sense of security knowing your pet is protected!

I rescued a puppy that came with one month free insurance. Upon taking Ruby for her first doctor visit she was diagnosed with pneumonia and almost died. The insurance company was wonderful and paid me quickly. I could have never afforded her care on my own. I have taken out. An ongoing policy and will continue having pet insurance forever. It is not worth the risk ! Buy pet insurance from them!

I have had such a wonderful experience with PetFirst Insurance. I have a dog that has many problems and coverage is never an issue. I called today to find out about a procedure and the customer service representative as always was wonderful. I highly recommend this company I have been an insured pet owner for five years now. Will continue my coverage for her!!

Hello, thank you for the opportunity for expressing my concerns. That said it is my experience that whenever asked for a review or opinion, my concerns are never addressed and "in one ear and out the other" so its said. Regardless, I have two concerns. First, If a CHRONIC condition within a pet starts while on your insurance, why not pay for it past the time allowed? Second, it takes too long for claim approval and reimbursement. I still search for the PERFECT pet insurance. It is like searching for BIGFOOT. One knows its out there but oh so difficult to find.

I love being able to email in the submissions, but hate having to print out the form and scan it in. A simple web form w/ image attachments for the doctors notes would be great (plus could aid in tracking). *updated for new process - great!
