Excellent service

Luv all the products I have ordered thru pet edge, timely shipping, & quality products. Can"t wait to try my new Andis Pro grade pulse Li 5

Placed an order on Saturday paid for it and got a message that the order could not finalize. I reordered then got confirmation on both orders. Called Monday and was told they could not cancel the order because a tracking number was already issued. Now I have to return one order.

My order shipped right away except 1 item on back order. I was bummed that I didn't get an email stating the back order date got moved back even more. I had to call, the customer service gal was extremely polite. If it gets moved back even longer, I will call and cancel the order then order from Amazon.

Items came on time and all items were there. Order girl on phone was not overly friendly

Excellent product, price, and on-time delivery.

Received in a timely manner and am satisfied with everything ordered.
