My order took too long for delivery - in comparison to other companies . Ordered from 4 companies same day and this order was 4 days after all others had arrived . Box was damaged as well .

I've bought from PetEdge for about 13 years. I would buy in bulk, for the vet clinic I worked for, a variety of supplies that were always of very good quality. For my own use I've bought: a grooming table, clippers, nail trimmers, shampoos and conditioners, made in America compressed bones and toys for my Springer Spaniels. The customer service represents the business very well and the prices are hard to beat. A very good company to do business with.

Shipping of items seems to be a problem. Nice to have the benefit of Free Shipping on over $99 order, but you WAIT & WAIT & WAIT. Very disappointed!!! New company running PetEdge, never had issues with them before, being on the east coast they shipped from MA. My order was shipped from NV. Unfortunately I will think twice about ordering again. Always enjoyed all items from PetEdge but shipping issues are a major DEAL BREAKER!!!
