Great dog grooming products.

Usually I’m always happy and satisfied with Pet Edge however this time I was not told items were out of stock and was never given callbacks or told there would be a delay in shipping of any sort. I was promised a call back from customer service management to see if they could comp me for my Inconvenience, which actually did cause some issues with my work. This will not cause me not to order from Pet Edge however I am simply disappointed

Hi, I love your store and the great variety that you have. I do feel the shipping costs are way too expensive! I live in Australia, and often want to order your products, only to find the shipping costs more than the product itself! Ridiculous really! Petedge should negotiate the cost of shipping down for it's customers.

Delivery was as scheduled however, Pet Edge did not inform FedEx that they needed to call me first to arrange delivery since I'm residential. The grooming tub arrived on a pallet and weighed 210# and there would have been no way to get it off the truck with just the driver and myself. We ended up going to the depot to pick up ourselves. Other than this little hiccup, everything is great.
