Received my order in a timely manner.

When I received my shears on Wednesday the curved shears closed to far and made a “v” at the end. I emailed them and asked if there was a way I could fix that or if I’d have to just get a new pair and I have not gotten any reply at all. I absolutely love my other two shears it came with just disappointed with the curved ones. Wish I would at least get a reply from them.

My order arrived incomplete and the box had been damaged and torn open and re taped. I called customer service and was told that the whole order had been delivered, which it wasn’t. The lady on the phone was helpful and fixed the problem and re shipped out the missing pieces to my order right away
