Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful moment with us. 🐾 We’re deeply touched to hear that your mom loved Bella’s wool portrait — it means the world to know our art could bring her comfort and smiles. Please give her a warm hug from our team, and a little one for Bella too, who will always be by her side in spirit. 💛

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. However, after carefully checking our records, we can confirm that your custom piece was already completed by our artist before your bank dispute was filed. Because each artwork is fully handmade and personalized, once the process begins, it cannot be resold or reused. Unfortunately, when the dispute was opened, production had already finished, so the item could not be shipped. We have photo proof of the finished artwork, which remains safely with our team. For transparency, anyone who’s interested can check our official TikTok account @petdecorart, where we showcase the handmade process for our customers’ pets. We’re deeply sorry that this situation happened, but we want our community to know that we always work with honesty, care, and respect for every pet lover who trusts us. – The PetDecorArt Team
