First and foremost, we are deeply sorry for your loss. Losing a beloved companion of 19 years — especially around Christmas Eve — is incredibly painful. We truly understand that this portrait was meant to honor your cat’s memory, which makes this experience even more disappointing. For that, we sincerely apologize. We also want to apologize for the delay and the earlier order mix-up. That should never have happened, and we completely understand your frustration. This is not the experience we aim to provide, especially for such meaningful memorial pieces. Please allow us the opportunity to make this right. We have reached out to you directly to urgently review your order status and offer a solution — whether that is immediate priority completion with express shipping or a full refund。 Your trust means a lot to us, and we are truly sorry that we fell short this time. We would greatly appreciate the chance to resolve this properly for you. With sincere apologies, PetDecorArt Team

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review. It truly means a lot to us. We’re so glad you felt well communicated with throughout the process. For custom memorial pieces especially, we believe it’s very important to share progress photos and invite feedback before completion — it helps ensure the final artwork truly reflects your beloved pet. We’re also happy you appreciated the option to incorporate your pet’s own fur. It’s a small detail, but for many families, it makes the piece even more meaningful and personal. Thank you again for your trust and for taking the time to share your experience. Your support genuinely encourages our entire team to keep creating with care and heart. Warmest regards, PetDecorArt Team
