Placed an order on 4th December and have had no correspondence from them at all. I sent an email chasing my order, but have not had a reply and it has been over 24hours. Would really like to receive my order before Christmas as it is a Christmas Present.

This was the most amazing experience ever. Sophia was absolutely unreal at satisfying the expectations I had. She worked tirelessly to satisfy my needs and made sure everything was done perfectly. She worked time and time again to make adjustments too when I asked. Absolutely amazing experience and will definitely recommend to everyone who is looking for a level of detail that Sophia provides.

Good morning Re order 29013 So far I have only received the mug. Was the order printed in two locations? As to date the blanket and picture have not arrived. I realise the order or some of the order may have been caught up in the postal strikes here in the UK. I was just surprised to get the mug I was expecting the whole order to come in one parcel! All outstanding items received on 19th Royal Mail luckily delivered it in time for Christmas! Thanks Pet Creations for doing a great picture of my brother and sister in laws one year old dog! My brother and sister in law love the artwork of their lovely Flat Coat Retriever “Pretty”!

Was not pleased with this service. Kept on updating me that the service would be ready within 24-48 hours. Service itself took about two weeks. Wasn’t happy with the final product either, unfortunately. Seemed that they used a completely different artwork and it didn’t look like my dog.

I love my digital copy and I'm very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend

I’m really disappointed after reading the service reviews. I was promised to have my picture ready in 1-3 days it took almost a full week to receive.I was very understanding as it is Christmas time and things take time but I then had to request adjustments as the photo looked nothing like my dog. They said it would take 24-48hrs when it took 5 days, I have been sent the same approval link twice now and have to wait even longer for it to be printed. Save to say I will not be using this company again very disappointing that they aren’t living up to the expectations of the reviews. Mostly annoyed about the timeframe they weren’t able to meet as they have sent me emails now saying only 1-2 days and you’ll have the artwork back and ready to approve but they couldn’t do that for me.
