Company promised art to be completed by Christmas. Approval dates have been pushed back every day. Feels like a scam. I'll be reporting as such my credit card provider.

SCAMMERS. This company is a scam. I ordered a Christmas present on 1 December. It never arrived. No customer service. No responses to email or messages. DO NOT BUY. Report if you have also been scammed and if you haven’t, you’re lucky - avoid at all costs.

I e-mailed before i ordered confirming I would recieve the order before the 20th of December. Which i was promised it would. Following the promise i ordered the artwork, whilst taking my money they were very quick to respond. The art they sent back, i asked for some revisions to be made, i waited 2 days for them, and after i recieved an e-mail saying it was done, it turned out to be the exact same picture that was sent the first time. With the deadline in mind I had to just accept it anyway. Now the 27th of December I still haven't recieved what i ordered, its not even showing as in the country yet on the tracking. I have sent 4 e-mails so far, and have had 0 responded too, unfortunatley it seems once you have gave your money over, the customer service then goes out the window. But they have been kind enough to keep sending ads through for boxing day deals etc. So thats kind of them.

The art is very well drawn but they've shown both this year and last year that they are making promises and 'Christmas Guarantees' that cannot be met, along with their very slow response to any customer services emails and messages. Clearly they cannot handle the Christmas rush, which is fine, but do not give out guarantees only to leave families without Christmas presents. Update: After receiving an email apologising for the Christmas guarantee not being fulfilled, they promised and I quote "We will also be upgrading everyone's shipping at our cost, sending out gift cards, complementary products, and whatever else it takes. I will make this right." However after having my order shipped, it is shipped with the cheapest and slowest option, essentially guaranteeing the Christmas spirit of my gift to be crushed as we will be well into the new year by the time of arrival. Another empty promise given by this business.

Love the artwork of our beautiful girl Eden. Love it so much I have ordered another piece of my deceased cat to put next to her ashes in our living room. Such great customer service. You can really tell the people behind this company are so down to earth and genuine. That makes me so happy to be a repeat customer.

I was so very excited to order two images as Christmas presents this year! I sent payment on 11/27 and someone was quick to respond so we could get the ball rolling. I sent pictures a few days later and suddenly I’m getting no response. Zero response to any of my requests for updates or anything else. Not only do they have my money but I’m now also without two Christmas gifts that I was really counting on, and per their website I was guaranteed to have in time. I’ve been very patient and reasonable but have received literally no response from them for weeks now. All I want is either my pictures or a refund. I had high hopes for this company but now realize I’ve been scammed :/

They made my two fur babies come to life as Disney characters - which honestly suits the two goofballs - and I am in LOVE with the result! They worked with me when I had a few changes I wanted to make in order to ensure the personalities were captured and their coat patterns (my fault based on the pictures I provided) but this was amazing! Highly highly recommend and would absolutely use again!

Ordered on 11/27 for Christmas time. No response to emails. They have time to keep sending me emails to buy products but can’t reply to my support email. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver.
